How do I cancel my service with OneNetwork.Net?

To cancel one or all of your services, simply log into your client account and click on MY SERVICES. Choose the desired service to cancel, and click on the Request Cancellation button at the bottom of the page. Please repeat these steps for each additional service. Or submit cancel request ticket to our sale dept.



All cancellation requests need to be placed 72 hours before your next billing date to assure proper termination.
